Orient DB Query Updates

Purpose

• Genus still returns stale TxO state in some cases
• Genus still uses the OrientDB Java DSL in many cases

  Approach

• When decoding a Vertex, call .reload() first
• Update GraphVertexFetcher to use raw SQL queries
