Add terra #11

Added a function to import a tiff through R and also added terra to the description as a Import

@FancyBirb: I had written some comments about your latest changes, but I'm not sure whether you were able to see them until I finalized the review. If not, I apologize for the delay. It looks like we're almost there with this PR. Once you are able to address these relatively minor changes, I think it will be ready to merge, and we can move on to #12.
