[Improvment] Change PIN - add a first step

Currently, when you change the PIN code of a card, the process is:

• Provide the new PIN code
• Repeat it.

I think, on a user perspective, it could be better to first ask for the current PIN code then ask the new one. So the process should be:

• Current PIN code (the user input the current PIN code, the card is scanned)
• New PIN code
• Repeat the new PIN code

In this way, we are sure that the user that perform the PIN change is the true owner (the one who knows the current PIN).
