Change the way to store things under ~/.local/share and state

Bind voluming these directory could hide things that are installed during build such as ones installed with pipx.

• Pick up files you need to persist across container lifecycle
  • shell history etc
• Determine the location to store those file and bind mount this directory
• Place the files you want to store in the directory
• Create symlinks in local share/state pointing to files under volumed directory

  • nvim/project_nvim/project_history
  • nvim/telescope_history
  • taskwarrior-tui/command.history
  • this should go to host side as other taskwarrior related data resides on host
  • tmux/resurrect

  • nvim/shada
  • nvim/trust
