I think if you merge in the most recent changes, this will resolve the CI errors

Did you merge correctly? It's showing changes that were already merged in as if you did the changes. Which is not correct. Also all of your commit messages are the same...which is odd. If you meged in laravel-geoip master into your branch it should say something along those lines
