If a game was ever launched/uninstalled/... via Keypirinha, it remains in history after uninstalling it (no matter if via Keypirinha or otherwise).
For me it looks like manual history manipulation is not supported by Keypirinha, but maybe I am wrong (or it will change in the future).
For now the workaround is to manually remove these items from history.
