Adding a Project plan

Hello @TorbenK ,

I want to help this repo. So i suggest we create a roadmap, using the tab "Projects" in github, to organize the updates. I suggest these two items :

• Change the project to multi-targeting;
• Update the XF version;
• Change the code style to C# 7.0¹
• Transform some class to structs (like TKRouteCalculationError)
