[Suggestion] - Add a Time Stamp to gui when Grids were added #127

Not sure if it is possible, but adding a time stamp in the gui when Torch detected the grid (and possibly to the chat command to display grids).

  1. This could help admins determine the source of an issue when a new grid comes online and sim speed drops.
  2. Can help pin point new ships, such as pirate spawns, that could be corrupted and causing issues.
  3. When ships crash and all their parts become individual grids, that are renamed Large Grid XXX or Small Grid XXX, it will help in manual cleanup efforts.

I'm sure there are other things this would help with....
