Server hangs when writing to the stdio file handle. #129

Sometimes when MyLog writes to console it hangs on the native write to handle call. Suspect this has something to do with WPF; unsure.

Possibly enable redirect of MyLog to NLog, see if it fixes the problem.

Probably keep this in the same log file as torch.

Side affect of Window's QuickEdit Mode. Don't use it.
