Theming system for torch #222

Added in a couple of themes for torch and a system to easily change them, this will stop the suffering of server admin eyes all over the world.

Themes:

the dark and light theme's also have versions with fancy transition animations.

Interesting, i dunno why i ever changed that 🤔. Anyways, i changed it back now.
