[Feature Request] Force torch client on torch servers? #223

On the new torch server and torch client, will we be able to force the use of client? IE if someone in a regular client from steam tries to join they get a error message something along the lines of "this server requires the use of torch client get it here" and then a link to the download and setup instructions?

This will help if the server in question requires a plugin client side.

Possibly eventually, but the current focus is on tweaks that don't break vanilla behaviour.
