Torch Version: v1.3.0.520126-g94c25a7 SE Version: 1.187.89

It's enabled in the config, but doesn't connect w/ ip/port

Equinox said it wasn't called... so perhaps we could get a checkbox in torch to call it or maybe a plugin? either or is fine.
