Torch Version: 1.3.1.72 SE Version: 1.192.020
Expected Behavior
When Typing !restart 10 the server starts counting down from 10 to 1, and then starts the restart procedure with maybe a few log entries that tell the Admin about it
Observed Behavior
It counts down, nothing happens for 1 to 2 minutes and then there is "Save Complete" Lock entry and server restarts.
This lead to believe restart is actually not working properly
Steps to Reproduce
Start server
Type !restart 10
Look at Console
Notice nothing happening for like 1-2 minutes.
