World name to be set correctly

World name is not set correctly

How did this issue get triggered?
Change the world name using the torch GUI
Write the steps here.
Open torch, change existing world name to something else press save config, original world name is still shown in the SE server browser

Session name is also set in the sandbox_config.sbc file as of 1.196 which is the cause of this issue.
