Unable to Install 16gb Package #36

Hello! I was just trying to install the torchstudio on windows 11 on a good system. But when I clicked on install (recommended). It freezed. The torchstudio stopped working and windows had to forcefully close this app. I reinstalled and tried again, but no luck.
