Hover Over "Home" and "Contact" Inconsistent

Description

On both the Home and Contact page, hovering over the option does not highlight consistently.

Expected Behavior

The customer expects that the text and effects would be consistent throughout the site.

Actual Behavior

When hovering over the Home or Contact options at the header the highlight effect is opposite on each page.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Go to Cute Animal Doodles
2. Observe on the index page that the Home button is bold and the Contact button is thinner.
3. Observe on the Contact page that the opposite is true.
