Add event: Expo Mattoncino 3 #59

@grigio does this event qualify as "Open Source, Open Hardware, Open *"?

I think so, at least I will exhibit with my kids and plan to bring lots of Arduinos, Raspberry Pi3 and stuff like that

I didn't find arduino or open source project mentions in the description.. so I would say no
