The idea would be to allow the creators to include json files which can contain all kinds of objects, locations, dungeons, skills, battlers, dialog, events. This way, a creator can group their reusable creations better. A single file could contain a group of monsters along with all skills, dialog, and events required. This could then be included in multiple stories easily.
