ContentFrame: combination of existing UI features #53

I want to create a new UI feature, ContentFrame, to replace TextBox.

Optional white border with blue background (from TextBox)
Optional animations (From Menu and MenuArrow)
Optional text layer (scrollable)
Optional image (for MenuArrow)
Possibly combine progress bar as well.

Once this is in place, it will allow for the easy animation of all on-screen assets.
