@jathek I've experienced this when SGDB is having issues or when my wifi is unstable. Need to add a placeholder, but is this issue reporduceable?

Im aware of the settings not saving, that feature will be included in the next update. As to the gifs, I'm not sure. Could be SGDB is having issues, could be your wifi. Ill look into it to confirm its not SARM

very sorry I missed this comment. But it's completely reproducible. I have never once seen animated images work in the grid. If I download it then it displays properly in Steam, but it never works in SAM in the grid. My workaround for now is to click the expand button (two arrows) to view the artwork fullscreen, because then it does load in the expanded view. BUT: it only loads if I mouse-click in the window! Otherwise it's still blank in the expanded view. And no matter what I do, the grid is always blank for animated images.

All in all, it's a huge pain to do this stuff compared to just viewing the artwork in the grid.

Hmm, then it's definitely an issue with sarm, Ill look into it

i switched to cord, but there is no any difference! So i guess, it's not connection related. I can provide any needed information or logs if needed. Screenshot_5

Ok good to know, so its not a localization issue. Still trying to figure out the cause for this because I can't seem to reproduce it

@jathek Can you check what version of the Microsoft WebView2 you have installed? It can be found here: image

Hmm,so its not that either. I'll keep looking

I saw the changelog for 3.2.0 mentions "images now load faster and more reliably", so I installed it just to see if it would fix this issue, but it still persists.

Yea that's why I haven't closed this issue, I still haven't figured out how to isolate this or replicate it

@jathek @Andr3WTF I think I may have found the issue. Can you try the new release https://github.com/Tormak9970/Steam-Art-Manager/releases/tag/v3.2.1 and let me know if the issue persists?
