Appears to fix https://github.com/Tormak9970/bash-shortcuts/issues/29 for me, seemingly working on SteamOS 3.5.17 and Decky Loader v2.11.1.

Admittedly I'm no NodeJS expert, but my shortcuts appear to be working fine and I can add new ones with this simple dependency bump.
