Ideas for rank 19 AND for possible Item

It only has 230 HP but its shield can block EMPs and its effects and blocks 90% of the damage, only needing 40% of the energy that other ships need for shields (and the shield can be used while moving forward and turning at the same time). The thrust would be 0.43 and the agility 0.1. The cargo would be 1500. The teleport thing (with its own independent energy bar) would make you jump 400 units and it would have a cooldown of 5 seconds. For the rank 19, make it so that ship is naturally shielded from the damage done by suns (but repairs are slowed down to 10%) if the sun idea is implemented. Another option for the rank 19's shield would be to be like one of my old ideas (but included as a passive item without a slot): Deflector Shield: Type: Misc.; Description: "it makes your ship lose 0.1 total energy tech, but generates a permanent passive shield divided in 5 sections: Forward, Aft, Port, Starboard and Ventral/Dorsal (this one is just to avoid someone going to point-blank range and firing without protecting the ship). Each section works as a 10*CurrentLevel HP barrier (that uses the same color code as the Health circle) that regenerates [Total Energy Level] HP per second. When a shield section collapses it allows damage to go to the Hull (until that shield section raises to 75HP)". Ammo: Inf. Energy: 0 (excluding the loss of 0.1 units from your total energy level).
