Been awhile, but dont merge filters/dayz-default/createvehicle.spamlist

Still having issues with it, so probs best not to incllude it :) unless u know how to fix it :p

As for fixing the cursed spam rule... I am looking at changing up the filter/spam file formats abit this weekend....

There will still be whitelist, kicklist, banlist filters... Just the filter format be something like Something like

Rule: X Exceptions: Exceptions:

Rule: Y Info: Remove this default rule Action: DELETE

edit: Added in ____ since github seems to removed the whitespaces on me
