I guess there should be 'days'

Strange, but when I set 720(30 days), I get ban until 1422567778 (Thu, 29 Jan 2015 21:42:58 GMT), UNIX time mark, correct? And if set it to 30, I get 1362991313 (Mon, 11 Mar 2013 08:41:53 GMT)

Blah meant to have it as hours.. Oh well guess it is days then... 86400 instead of 3600 in modules/bans.py
