Add threads to channel selector #189

Update the channel selector UI/backend to allow for the selection of threads and forums threads. Might possibly require a rewrite of the backend that uses channel IDs

Forum threads will use https://discord.com/developers/docs/resources/guild#list-active-guild-threads for the individual threads and channel type 15 for the overarching channel.
