Initial 1.17 Support #100

Support for Minecraft Version >=1.17 on Fabric.

Thanks for this PR! Looks like the branch isn't mergeable though. Do you want to fix the conflicts so that I can merge or should I just copy the changes over?

It should be fine to copy the changes over. The fork I initially took happened to be from a November build of the mod but I manually copied over all your commits since then so that there are no changes missing from your repo since then with my 1.17 porting included. This port to 1.17 is only missing proper healthbar rendering as I'm too inexperienced to program the shaders. Everything else seems to work just fine. 👍

The latest commit pulls in your changes, thanks again for the help. I probably wouldn't have gotten to this for a few more weeks. I will try to release the new version today.
