[Forge] Update to Minecraft 1.20.4 #189

Similar to pull https://github.com/ToroCraft/ToroHealth/pull/171, but ported it to Forge 1.20.1\ Note about the fork: For some reason, damage numbers don't show, but other than that, everything should be working.

Download at: torohealth-1.20.1-forge-1.zip (note: works on forge 1.20.3 & .4)

Later on, I think it'd be a good idea to use a multi version build system so that porting to different versions would be a breeze similar to how I do it over on one of my other projects.
