Proposed goal:

A map that collect the events users observed from their surroundings and the feelings of users regarding to the events. So we can analysis the data and contribute to the urban planning and service design.

I want to add a line in the goal:

We believe that urbanization and social development (also public service and social innovation) can be driven by the public and open data. Therefore we plan to collect data with the map.

And I just moved other descriptions to other sections of the plan. We are making some progress 😃 💖

Now we should start to identify stakeholders and benefits, understand their requirements, and build a task breakdown for the requirements (and summarize the group of tasks in objectives) 💪

More potential use case & stakeholders for further development found

I find Data Fabric and data lakehouse has similar architecture with things we are trying to do. So I think it is a good idea to take a reference on the business model of companies building lakehouse or uses Data Fabric technology.

I tried to find companies partnered with Microsoft Power Platform building solution based on Power Platform.

So far what I found is Ducati put IoT sensors on its bike and improved the design more efficient (cowork with Lenovo NetApp). And creospark.com a MicroSoft partner build solution for clients based on Power Platform. I have not dive deep in the business model of CreoSpark. ❤️‍🔥 🐧
