Remove automatic restaking and just add an option from the frontend #3

The feature is pointless and hurts a users money - better off to just have the manual option on the GUI and create a bot for it that users can use.

With this, it means that we can reimplement the feature that allows the user to restake into any given future period they wish ?

Restaking has been removed as of commit 19269c2232bbc8e92632a3f5a89f151dbb0af160 and commit 3e7d5cbfb3b96c4cc16c58e5abc3e8ea53f42373
