Leveraging pool name #33

Rename pool to leveraging pool and change instances of it - in addition to this add-in different sections in the config for approved tokens for each type of pool - also abstract away shared logic of the lending and leverage pools.

Clean up the rest of the functions and trim down to a slim necessary version.
