Hello. Please read the whole thread. If you don't want to read just look at the
massive_glitch_at_google_plus image which is at attachments. Thank you.

For reproducing the issue give several plus one yourself like at least 10.
Check a bit later. You will see no counter increased. I know there is a delay
sometimes but this ain't related to delay since it has been like this maybe
over 6 months.

If you ask how do i identify the issue. It is pretty simple. I am using google
analytics since the website is online. I am also using webmaster tools since
then. Now i am able to track +1s i am receiving via google analytics and
webmaster tools. Although webmaster tools completely gone crazy after latest
webmaster tools maintenance. It was clearly displaying new +1s i was getting
but since maintenance (previous month 25 th) it displays all 0. Though google
analytics still displaying how many i get each day. If system was working
without any problem, i would see both webmaster tools and the displayed counter
on the site increasing with the same amount of google analytics social actions
(plus one). But they never increases. It has been like this for 6 months.

Also visible numbers on the site and webmaster tools displaying numbers are not
matching as well. So it is totally bugged right now. The entire system. I
reported this glitch to many google employees but i keep getting ignored.

Now this is my website home page where i have over 320 +1 yet being displayed
50-51-52 all the time : http://www.monstermmorpg.com

You can use the button there to test. Also i prepared a very detailed image
which clearly explains this massive system glitch. Please look at that image. I
put on the image these values:

- Counter being displayed on the website, detailed google analytics which
clearly displaying new +1s the website getting, detailed webmaster tools +1
reports which clearly displays there is a massive glitch going on

I put the image both attachment and on my server :

Small information about the website and myself :
* I am a computer engineer graduated from Istanbul Technical University and
right now i am doing Master Degree at Computer engineering in Mersin University
* My website is a f2p browser MMORPG game
* I have been developing this site for over 3 years now, and from scratch
* I have written several hundreds thousands lines of code for the site so far
* I am developing the site with asp.net & c#
* I am the only developer
* The site last month google analytics statistics are also at the attachment

The number being displayed at the homepage increased to 70 (seems like stuck
again) and the number being displayed at MonsterDex :
http://www.monstermmorpg.com/MonsterDex decreased to 6. Numbers are totally
messed up right now.

I would bet your problem is you do not have author or publisher links on the
site.

Either add the author or publisher badge to rectify this.

chrislang Thanks for answer but the issue is about +1 counter though i did what
you have suggested. Added these 2 tags to every page.

    <link href="https://plus.google.com/114217940126656555279" rel="publisher" />
    <link href="https://plus.google.com/104131077669671074625" rel="author" />

Also as a result nothing have changed.

I've escalated this one internally. Please hang tight.

Since GWT and the +1 button seem to nearly agree (around 50) it's possible that
Google Analytics is over-reporting.

Update on the issue. The main page number increased to 76. But the numbers are
still almost frozen. The numbers at the webmaster tools are still completely
frozen and not even displaying the number at the page being displayed. The
Google Analytics still displaying the +1 actions but they are a lot higher than
what is being displayed on the home page. I am attaching the images for Google
Analytics and webmaster tools. One of the Google Analytics image is last month
and another one is 1 year.

web_master_tools_04_10_2012.png : The +1 counts at web master tools
social_actions_GA.png : Last month statistics of +1 actions by pages at Google
Analytics
google analytics all time.png : The last 1 year +1 actions by pages at Google
Analytics
