Enhancement - PCRE style filtering of posts (PCRE and static words)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. user in my circle posts something that i don't want to see, e.g. "britney 
spears goes shopping"

Example of what I enter as [one of] a filter
1. (Britney\s+(?:Spears|))
2. Britney Spears
3. (XXX|NSFW)

What is the desired output?
single line, nearly collapsed DIV of:
[Some Person @1.23pm - your filters are blocking this post, click to see]

some option on the left side, or a twistie next to the notifications perhaps, 
could decide how to render filtered posts.  better on the front page than as a 
setting.  animated cycling through the options could update the displayed 
stream realtime.
Filtered posts show as:
[]Do not show, []One Line, []Show

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
g+ via web (firefox/linux) and android fone
