Location data to replace Latitude going away #611

The Google latitude api allowed for the current location of an authorized user
from the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/latitude.current.best
(long/lat/accurency/timestamp). With that service going away, it would be
great to be able to tap in to the "Locations" information google+ has.

There already seems to be a currentLocation field in a People resource but this
doesn't seem to be working and given the docs say the field is a string I doubt
it is supposed to return the long/lat any ways.

I personally used this information for home automation to track phones in order
to perform tasks based on a users location (set thermostat, lighting, etc.).

The getCurrentLocation method has always returned null, no idea it is the
intension to hook it up with the new device location stuff in G+, let's hope so.
