Instead of going through the RESTful interface (with an API key), I'd like to 
be able to directly create an URL for a given profile's photo, similar to 
facebook's graphs api:

https://graph.facebook.com/btaylor/picture

That way, profile photos are easily presented on a web page with a simple <img> 
tag, with no extra programming or requests required.
