Photo Api For Google Plus and Google Drive

I want user to personalize the products by inserting images from google plus 
and google drive.

But there is no api given to use photos of both.

So, I request you to please provide an photo api through which I can make sure 
that user can select a photo from his/her gplus or drive.

If you just want to give users the ability to select some of their photos I 
suggest having a look at the Google Picker which allows this from both Google+ 
and Drive photos: https://developers.google.com/picker/

Otherwise you can use the Picasa WebAlbums API and the Google Drive API as well 
to get access to a user's photos.

The problem with the Picasa API is that it seems to be a lame duck. I'm always 
hesitant to use it, because it seems like Google is always on the verge of 
deprecating it in favor of a new Google+ API.

I would like to programmatically upload photos, organize them into albums, set 
permissions on the albums, and manage metadata.
