Hi Google+ developer,
 This is not issue,it's I don't understand about use rules of  Google+ API .

it's as follow:
how to break the access restrictions in web app?
E.g,(1)One app ID corresponding to one access token, we more users will use 
this  access token, API will restrict access the number of visit.
   (2)Whether we can  get user’s mobile ,address,names and other information through open API iff the user is not authorized to access this information
   (3)if Step 2 can’t, how can get these message?e.g,through pay for this API or become a partner with Google+
   (4)How to use API with unlimited.

I want to use these relative API for unlimited.for example,to get my friends 
information,keyword search, get notice and so on.
