i18n: add Russian translation

Issue https://github.com/TorstenDittmann/OmniaWrite/issues/85. This PR adds 🇷🇺 translation to the app.

Couple of notes:

• I took a page out of @marlonemmerich's book and didn't translate Terms and Conditions. 😄
• I took the liberty and updated CSS for desktop (>960px) input labels because some translations didn't fit properly.

For example, "Privacy Policy" is "Политика конфиденциальности" in Russian.
