Traditional Chinese Translation #153

Dear Torsten Dittmann and Other Lovely Members of OmniaWrite Team,

Hi. Here's Moetale(朝萌道)the contributor of Chinese(simplified) in Jan.! This time I fetch you the Traditional Chinese Translation of OmniaWrite since I didn't see any submission on Traditional Chinese Translation in the past few months. Please check zh_hant.json for the Traditional Chinese Translation. Many thanks.

Also, I've proposed a plan for language code renewal for Chinese in this pull request: zh_hans-> Simplified Chinese(iso15924/Hans, 501)[zh for Zhongwen(中文,Chinese), han for Hanyu(汉语,the ISO name for Chinese, the last "s" stands for simplified)] zh_hant-> Traditional Chinese(iso15924/Hant, 502)[zh for Zhongwen(中文,Chinese), han for Hanyu(漢語,the ISO name for Chinese, the last "t" stands for traditional)] I checked up with several websites hosted in China and I consider this a good way to distinguish Simplified Chinese and Traditional Language. Following this rule I renamed the translation .json files as zh.json->zh_hans.json (Here is Simplified Chinese translation I submitted in Jan.) zh_hant.json (Here is the new Traditional Chinese Translation.) Just let you know how I arrange the translation content. If you don't like my proposal, feel free to use your own if you consider it appropriate. However, I think a distinction in language code here is crucial, and the relevant content(e.g. language selection module, shall be revised accordingly.)

Thanks again in advance for your time in checking and merging. Please let me know if you need any further assistance from me. If everything goes fine, now all Chinese translation is DONE! Congratulation.

B.T.W. I am developing a text style-tune tool and perhaps I will find you for cooperation opportunity when it is ready.

Best Regards, Moetale 朝萌道
