Assorted tweaks and fixes #22

fix extra commas between paragraphs in EPUB export
don't smarten code blocks
change uk (redundant with en) to it
bind scene titles
add a few missing language entries (.en only)
change buttonSave label to just "Save", as it is used for Chapters too
add some space between Save/Delete buttons
update a couple of NPM packages to suppress low severity warnings

I just submitted another couple of pull requests. Please let me know if you want more of them coming your way. I have a few contribution ideas that I might try my hands on next, if you have no objection:

implementing JSON and RTF exports
addressing the behavior of Enter key inside paragraphs -- it currently results in a line break, but it looks like it should be creating a new paragraph.
saving Author, Publisher, cover etc. into the project itself, so that we don't have to re-type them every time we export.

But I'll try not to overwhelm you ;)

@AntonyBoucher they all sound fine to me!

I have used EditorJS in the past, but due to bad performance and customisability I ditched it and created my own editor (https://github.com/TorstenDittmann/omnia-editor). This repository will get a lot of treatment starting next week from my side, thats why it is amazing that you help out a little ;-)

That might be something, that could be added to where the projects title is renamed.
