[x] Can play and pause music by pressing P no matter what scene is active (i.e. in a menu or in a level)
[x] Different music for menus and levels
For menus it will be a single track played in a loop
For levels it will be multiple tracks played one after the other and then loop back to the first track once the last one finished playing
[x] The pause state is saved in local storage so that if it was paused before it will stay that way until P is pressed again
[x] When the game is paused, game over, or level complete the volume of the music is lowered and then raised back to what it was before when in a play state
