Scene States Logic Implementation

• [ ] Loading State
• Action: Loads assets (images, sounds, etc.)
• Changes State: When all assets are loaded, changes state to Ready
• [ ] Ready State
• Action: Displays a message (i.e. Level One, press Space to start)
• Changes State: When user presses required button
• [ ] Play State
• Action: All game related Logic to play the level is active
• Changes State:
  • If the user presses ESC the level is in the paused state along with all active game logic/visuals
  • if the user loses all lives the level is in the game over state
  • if the user survives the time limit the level is in the level complete state
• [ ] Paused State
• Action: The user can resume the level, restart the level, or go to the start menu
• Changes State: When the user presses the applicable button to cause an action above
• [ ] Game Over State
• Action: The user can restart the level, or go to the start menu
• Changes State: When the user presses the applicable button to cause an action above
• [ ] Level Complete State
• Action: The user can replay the level for a higher score, go to the next level/scene, or go to the start menu
• Changes State: When the user presses the applicable button to cause an action above

Not implementing this necessarily, went with a less optimal solution that works for the time being. Will try to develop a better method in another project.
