Make frame coordinates adjustable absolutely in the settings #13

The frame position can only be set by dragging the frame around, which can be not precise enough when people are trying to build precise UIs.

We should add a way in the options to set the coordinates absolutely, with X and Y fields. We will have to fix issue #6 before, to have the frame position be saved between sessions.
