When a quests rewards something that is not handled by Storyline, currently it throws a lua error and the UI becomes unusable.
This situation could be improved by gracefully handling this case: display a message to the user in the rewards box that says this quest rewards are not handled by Storyline yet, and provide a button to open the default quest frame for this quest.
