A couple of conditions I quickly added:

UnitCreatureType: Will return the type of a creature (Beast, Dragonkin, Demon, Elemental...)
UnitCreatureFamily: Will return the family of a beast or demon.

I haven't tested either yet and will actually look to add the conditions mentioned in #140 but wanted to make a PR to remind myself of that.
