Misc. Dropdown Fixups

Maybe let this one sit for a bit in case there's extra stuff I need to patch, as nothing is absolutely broken without these changes.

• Resolved a FIXME regarding functionality that's now been added in recent beta builds.
• Resolved the issue where clicking dropdown buttons wouldn't toggle them in the modern implementation.
• Re-added the IC/OOC icon to the displayed text in the Character status dropdown button on the dashboard.
