Flyers80 says: Spirit of Excalibur (1990)(Virgin Mastertronic Ltd.) [kfx][360k] - Disk4 Track 3.1 bad (track occupied by file "ani4.res") you could try to clean the disk, without that error disk 4 would be pristine

I'll check this in as [b1] since there is no other available kfx dump of this variant as a placeholder.
