Messaging players on join #1450

A nice little message to someone when they join would be nice.

"Welcome to totalfreedom, we offer free op! For more information, visit http://totalfreedom.me or http://totalfreedom.boards.net!"

Not broadcasted publicly, privately.

This is a motd suggestion, mark has to update it. The motd is the message displayed to users that login. Or if they do /motd.

@Sabermc7 It is not an motd message, player.sendMessage is what I am referring to.

It would make more sense to add it to the MOTD in Essentials Config than add more stuff to TFM really...
