Modification of clearing the player inventory #392

This a issue discussion for @tylerhyperhd's pull request.

This command will remove /clear \ and /clear {playername}.

What do you all guess, shall we add or not?

Although I am not @tylerhyperhd, this is still a discussion that I've put up for him.

I think the implementation should allow admins to mass-clear inventories. Is that implemented?

While I dont see any reason you should ever need to clear the entires servers inventory, you could just /wildcard clear ?

it would do the same thing and hopefully put admins off of just mass wiping inventories to make their jobs easier for the sake of it.

You would have to do "/wildcard gcmd ? clear" in order to clear everyone's inv now, which I don't think we will ever need to see that command being ran.
