"/fuckoff" Issues #426

I would like to know how some players are able to bypass "/fuckoff".

Some players are able to teleport to a player with Fuckoff enabled sucessfully, meaning they wont get tp'd away because they just bypass'd a Fuckoff.

Is it a bug?

Its been an issue for some time, but I guess nobody cared enough about it before... I never really did at least.

@JeromSar Could we not allow players to teleport to seniors who have /fuckoff enabled (Including admins), for a temporary fix.
