Brush Griefing Detection #507

Not sure if it's technically possible or at least easy to implement but it would be great if there was a detection system for brush sphere griefing. At the present time, admins have to visually verify brush sphere griefing.

Not sure how you would practicaly implment it... Unless they fancy writing some sort of AI, there would be no way to determin between a grief and a real build...

Bump @JeromSar, is this still implementable? I'd rather let pepole use /br instead of blocking it.
